1 Introduction and Nature of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between gt99c ("Platform", "we", "us") and any person who uses our services through the gt99c website, mobile version, or any other channel ("User", "you").

By creating an account on gt99c or using any of our services, you confirm that you have fully read and understood these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are requested to stop using our platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be published on this page, and continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Restriction

gt99c services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. If a minor opens an account by providing false information, the account will be immediately closed and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, both accounts will be closed and all bonus benefits will be revoked.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, address, payment details — must be accurate and up to date. gt99c may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to complete verification may suspend deposits or withdrawals.

2.4 Account Security

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

gt99c supports the following payment methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for any method is ৳500. Deposits are only accepted from payment methods registered under the account holder's own identity.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals will only be completed via the same method used for the deposit. Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal is processed.

3.3 Third-Party Payments Prohibited

Deposits or withdrawals made on behalf of anyone other than the account holder are strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the account may be temporarily or permanently suspended.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, for a total of ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A 10x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses, calculated on the bonus amount only — not including the deposit. For example, a ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If gt99c believes a user is abusing the bonus system — such as attempting to meet requirements through low-risk bets or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts — gt99c reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.

4.4 Promotion Changes

gt99c may modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. The specific terms of each promotion will be published on that promotion's page and will apply alongside the general Terms.

5 VIP Program

The gt99c VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier provides a weekly cashback benefit:

Bronze: up to 0.3% cashback per week
Silver: up to 0.6% cashback per week
Gold: up to 0.9% cashback per week
Platinum: up to 1.2% cashback per week

VIP tier changes are made according to criteria set by the platform. gt99c reserves the right to modify VIP conditions or benefits. VIP benefits are non-transferable.

6 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

Using fraudulent software, bots, or automated systems
Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes
Money laundering or unlawful financial activities
Unauthorized access to another user's account
Any action that damages the reputation or services of gt99c
Intentionally exploiting technical errors or bugs for gain

6.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error occurs in a game or payment system, gt99c reserves the right to void the relevant transaction or game round. gt99c also reserves the right to recover any incorrect payments caused by technical issues.

7 Sports Betting Special Terms

7.1 Bet Acceptance

gt99c is not obligated to accept all bets. gt99c reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds displayed due to unintentional errors.

7.2 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If a sporting event is cancelled or rescheduled, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules. Sport-specific rules will apply to bets on cricket, football, or any other sport.

7.3 Bet Changes

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless gt99c itself decides to modify it for any reason.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by gt99c

gt99c reserves the right to immediately suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

Any breach of these Terms
Suspicion of fraud or deception
Providing false or incomplete registration information
Compliance with regulatory or legal requirements
Long-term inactive account

8.2 Closure by User

Any user who wishes to voluntarily close their account may send a request to [email protected]. Any pending withdrawals and active bonus conditions must be settled before the account is closed.

8.3 Balance Refund

In cases of account closure for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, the policy is to return the user's actual deposited amount (excluding bonuses).

9 Limitation of Liability

gt99c makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted service. However, gt99c is not liable for:

Loss caused by internet disconnection or device issues
Failure of third-party service providers
Loss caused by the user's own error or negligence
Force majeure events (earthquake, flood, war, government orders, etc.)

In any circumstance, gt99c's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

13.2 Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining parts will remain in full effect.

13.3 Waiver

If gt99c does not enforce a term in a specific situation, this will not be considered a waiver of that term.
